Device & browser info
What your browser can tell about this device: screen, browser and system, supported features, and the state of camera and microphone permissions. Each value says whether it is reported by the browser, measured, or only an estimate.
What the labels mean
- Reported: the browser gave this value directly, for example the window size or color depth.
- Measured: DeviTest measured it in this page — the refresh rate is calculated from real frame timing.
- Estimate: an approximate value. Browsers round device memory and network speed on purpose, and the operating system is often guessed from the browser's user agent.
- Not available: the browser doesn't expose it. Battery health, the exact processor model, storage and serial numbers are not available to websites — and DeviTest doesn't try to get them.
Permissions
The permission list shows whether the camera and microphone are allowed, blocked or will be asked for. Some browsers don't let pages check this; then it says “can't be checked” rather than guessing. DeviTest never requests your location or notification permission — they are listed only so you can see their state. If a permission is blocked, follow the browser-specific steps under the list and reload the page.
Privacy
All of this is read inside your browser and shown only to you. Nothing is uploaded. The copy and download buttons create the text or file on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the resolution different from my screen's specs?
The physical resolution is the window size multiplied by the pixel ratio. With display scaling like 125% or 150% the result can be slightly off, so it's marked as an estimate in that case.
Why does it show 8 GB of memory when I have more?
For privacy, browsers round device memory and cap it, usually at 8 GB. Check your system settings for the real value.
